Laura + Danny // St. Louis, MO 4.6.13

If there was ever a way to start off 2013, this was it! We felt so honored to be a part of Laura and Danny’s big day. The day couldn’t have been more perfect.

Laura is a fashion designer and was on Lifetime’s hit show Project Runway season 9 and Project Runway All-Star Season 2. Of course you should check out her fashion line here. Danny is the founder and CEO of Exotic Motors Midwest. How cool is that? Our goal was to capture the style and personalities of Laura and Danny, and we feel like we were able to do that well!

To put the icing on the cake, Laura and Danny were married at The Fabulous Fox Theater. It was one of our dreams to shoot at this iconic landmark of St. Louis. Several weeks before the wedding we did a walk through with Laura, Laura’s mom, and Dina, the wedding planner at The Fox. Laura took us on the greatest tour, she knew all of the history, and we just loved how much she loved The Fox. It was the perfect venue for her and the style of her wedding. The reception tables had magnificent gold status with black candles around the entire room. It was so romantic.

Laura and Danny are not your ordinary couple, they did not have an ordinary wedding, so we knew right away that their wedding highlight video could not be ordinary. It had to be high fashion, edgy, but still romantic! I hope you enjoy!

Tina + Jesse // Chicago, IL 12.29.12

Chicago Wedding Video

Working with Tina and Jesse was simply amazing! We love working with couples that are excited about video, and they were just that! They had specific shots they wanted and allowed plenty of time for some fun video shots before the reception, it was perfect.

As filmmakers we love telling a story. Tina and Jesse weren’t dealt the easiest circumstances.  Tina and Jesse both serve in the military, and Jesse served our country overseas for a year during their engagement. It is so evident that during that time their love grew even stronger. You can see how they cherish every moment with one another and we feel like that came through perfectly in their Highlight Film.

We found out the day before the Tina and Jesse are both being deployed to Afganistan, and possibly different locations, separating them for a second time. They wanted this video to remind them of their perfect day while missing one another during their time apart. The pressure was on, haha. We think the video came out perfectly….enjoy!

i’ll be your elephant // alex + ty SDE – st. louis, mo – 12.1.12

One of the best moments during any wedding is when a best man or maid of honor picks up a microphone and shares insightful stories and memories they have of the couple.

Most are a little funny, a little sappy and always end with a drink and a hug.

Alex and Ty have a large inner circle of friends and family who love them and took time during the rehearsal dinner to share their toasts with the couple. The dinner took place on Thursday night at an intimate lodge in St. Louis.

Each toast highlighted a different aspect of Alex and Ty’s relationship that we were blessed to learn.

The finale of Thursday night was the most amazing toast we have ever seen. A 5 minute musical montage that was written and performed by Ty’s best man Joey. It was incredible (make sure to keep watching at the end of the video below!)

On Saturday, the wedding guest were able to see the same day edit at the St. Louis Country Club and enjoy some of Thursday’s events.

We can’t say enough about this wedding and the experience. We hope you enjoy this film as much as we do.

allison + james // troy, mo 10.20.12

Allison and James got married on a beautiful piece of property that Allison’s grand father owned. It was remarkable.beautiful ceremony on hay bails under the trees, and the reception was on a tent frame with lights! I (Jordan) kept saying to Jered,” Why didn’t we get married on your parents land, and do it exactly like this?” It was perfection.

I like to call Allison and James the super couple. Allison, a wedding photographer, paid attention to every last detail. The details, oh the details, were marvoulous! James, the handyman  build everything. I mean everything. He even built a bathroom on the property so guests could use it during the reception!

Words can’t do justice to this amazing day, check out their video!

morgan + curtis // warrenton, mo 10.6.12

Morgan and Curtis and their entire family were such a pleasure to work with. From the moment we first met with Morgan and Donna (mother of the bride) , we were instant friends. We could not wait to be a part of their day, and it did not disappoint.

The ceremony and reception were held at the fabulous Little Piney Lodge in Hermann MO. It was stunning. We were surrounded by hills of colored leaves while we were driving to the location, it was breath taking!

The details of the wedding were beautiful from the signs, to the decorations, to the backyard games! Everything was done by Morgan and her mom. How fun for a mother/daughter duo spend so much time together before the wedding!

We loved working with an up and coming photographer, Cassie Martinez. We had so much fun scouting the location to find the perfect place for couple shots!

Oh and I cannot forget Morgan and Curtis’s beautiful daughter Harper Avery (don’t you love that name?)! She was so good the entire day and I could not stop staring at her! She is definitely one of the highlights in the film!:)

Enjoy their Wedding Highlight Film!
